NHS Orthodontic Treatment
We can provide specialist orthodontic treatment on the NHS for children who are eligible, upon referral from a General Dental Practitioner.
- NHS orthodontic treatment is limited to cases with a ‘Dental Health Need’ and is free of charge. The treatment is available to qualifying patients under 18 years of age who have a determined need for treatment using the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN) assessment tool, are highly motivated and have good dental health and hygiene.

- For an NHS assessment your child would need a referral from their general dentist. If your child is found to be eligible, please be aware that there will likely be a waiting list for NHS treatment. - However, if NHS treatment is not suitable, we provide Private Care for all ages offering a number of benefits such as flexible appointment times, no waiting lists and low-visibility braces.
